PHPAdmin to narzędzie niezwykle przydatne administratorom, pomagające - ogólnie rzecz ujmując - efektywniej zarządzać serwerami. Dzięki niemu łatwiejsze staną się takie czynności, jak na przykład : przydzielanie odpowiednich uprawnień administratorom, logowanie ban'ów, kick'ów, czy rozmów prowadzonych na serwerach. W nowej wersji, oznaczonej numerem 3.5, zaszły następujące zmiany :
